Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2014, at around 02:30, the Defendant moved to a car driving seat owned by Hyundai Groman in front of the Incheon Yeonsu Police Station D Zone D District located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, with four-lanes from the starting side of the fourth-lane road. The Defendant was found to a police officer F of the above D Zone D Zone, who was called upon the Defendant to the effect that the signal was not changed even if the signal was changed at the above place, and that the signal was not parked, and at around 03:00 on the above date, the Defendant sniffed the Defendant’s face, and the Defendant sniffed at the D Zone D Zone D Zone D zone, which was located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the Defendant was demanded by the Defendant to put the above D Zone D zone D zone D, with the driver’s face, without any other passengers, for a considerable reason to recognize that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol during a period of 30 minutes, such as drinking snow, etc.

In full view of the situation at the time of the enforcement of the instant case, which is acknowledged by the record (such as the location of the vehicle, the stopping point, the location of the defendant, the status of the motor vehicle under the stop, the act of the defendant, etc.), it is reasonable to deem that there was a reasonable ground to recognize that the defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of
