A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2017 Highest 3980" shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly exhibit obscene codes, text, sound, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network.

On December 19, 2014, the Defendant posted a total of 2,745 obscene images on eight Internet file sharing sites, such as attached Table (1) through (8) from November 2017 to December 20, 2017, to enable unspecified persons who have access to the said sites to download the said images by posting a total of 2,745 obscene images on eight Internet file sharing sites, including by posting a total of 2,745 obscene images on the said website, and by allowing them to download the said images to an unspecified number of people who have access to the said website by using a computer.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

No person of "2017 Highest 4146" shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly exhibit any obscene codes, text, sound, image, or motion picture via an information and communications network.

On March 10, 2013, the Defendant posted 22 obscene images on the two Internet file sharing sites, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, so that many unspecified persons who have access to the said sites can download the said images, by making use of a computer at the Defendant’s office, and by using a ID called “L”, the Defendant used the ID to have a male and female gender sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually sexually transmitted.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

A person of "2017 Highest 4190" shall be a image of obscene codes through an information and communications network.
