A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) is a person who is engaged in driving a set of motor vehicle B.

On February 6, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.152% in blood around 06:05, was driving three-lanes on the surface of the office distance in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, the small distance of old-gu, which is located in the city of Nam-gu.
