A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a leisure car B.

1. On March 27, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.223% among blood transfusion, and led to two-lane roads in front of Incheon Southern-gu, Incheon, along the view of Incheon, along the two-lanes from the view distance room to the view of Incheon.
