1.The judgment of the first instance, including a claim expanded in the trial and a claim selectively added, shall be as follows:

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a company that runs the wholesale and retail brokerage and consignment sales business of food and the defendant is a company that runs the wholesale and retail business of food.

B. From April 201, the Plaintiff and the Defendant began to consult on whether the products produced by the Defendant can be supplied to affiliated companies of the SPC Group through C with adequate working conditions as executives of the SPC Group among the Plaintiff’s employees.

2. The Defendant shall supply the products produced by the Defendant to SPC Group in the decorations containers purchased at a price agreed upon between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.

Article 4 The term of the contract shall continue to be maintained for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to be supplied to the company designated by the Plaintiff.
