Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant registered as a preliminary candidate for the head of B/Gun on April 1, 2018 at the 7th simultaneous local elections implemented on June 13, 2018, but did not go to the election of B/Gun after falling from the competition in C/C.

Except as prescribed by the Public Official Election Act, no one shall distribute, affix or spread any advertisement, personnel management ledger, poster, photograph, document, drawing, printed matter, recorded tape or other similar things indicating the name of a political party or the candidate's name, or distribute, attach or spread any propaganda facilities or tools, various printed matters, broadcasting, newspaper, news communications, magazine, other publications, debate, native folks meeting, alumni meeting, neighbors' meeting, neighbors' meeting, other assemblies, information and communications, establishment of an election organization or private organization, door-to-door visit or other similar things, prior to the election period, except in the methods prescribed by the Public Official Election Act, prior to the election period, with the intention of influencing the election, from 180 days before the election day.

Nevertheless, in order to distribute a letter of invitation to the electoral residents of the election campaign office in a picture, inform the electoral district residents of the fact of the Defendant’s preliminary registration, and encourage the Defendant to win the election in the B-Gun election, the Defendant: (a) requested the preparation of a letter of invitation of an election campaign office to the “D” located in Chungcheongnamnam-gun B on April 2, 2018; (b) on the front of the invitation letter, attached the Defendant’s photograph and the Defendant’s photograph to the front of the invitation letter; and (c) printed two thousand copies of the invitation letter stating “Korea, E, and A” and two thousand copies of the invitation letter stating “B” on the back of the invitation letter; and (d) had the F, an employee of the B-Gun Development Council, deliver to the F, who is an employee, the list of party members, etc., receive the invitation letter, thereby having the F, receive the invitation envelope.
