Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle with sod vehicle of C. A.

Where the driver of any motor vehicle intends to make a left-hand turn at the intersection, he/she shall drive slowly along the median line of the road in advance and turn to the left at the center of the intersection.

On May 17, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 14:08, and turned to the left at the front of the Chang-dong Culture Station Park in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, to the front of the Chang-dong Culture Complex.

At this point, the left turn and the right turn turn on the two-lanes among three-lanes are installed, so in such a case, the left turn was made at the two-lane, which is the straight line of the road in advance and the right turn to the left at the center of the intersection although the two-lanes should turn to the left.
