Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Where the driver of any motor vehicle intends to turn to the left at the intersection, he/she shall go slowly along the center line of the road in advance and turn to the left at the center.

On March 7, 2018, at around 14:53, the Defendant entered the intersection, which is the right-hand turn from the intersection of the D Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the right-hand turn in the direction of the school distance from the intersection of the intersection in the direction of the intersection of the intersection, and entered the left-hand turn at the right-hand turn.
