Punishment of the crime

1. A theft: (a) around 11:00 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant: (b) committed theft by driving a FSP car with the market price equivalent to KRW 9 million, which was parked at the victim’s former E, which was parked in the D office’s parking lot located in Gyeonggi-gun Group C, using a spare key.
2. On August 17, 2013, the Defendant embezzled, at Echeon Terminal in Echeon-si, Leecheon-dong, the Defendant arbitrarily sold HNF rocketing car at the victim’s own market price of KRW 8 million, which is equivalent to that of the victim’s possession, to transport mothing from the victim G, a previous workplace partner, to I and embezzled it.
3. At around 10:20 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obstructed a vehicle in front of the K office located in the JJ of Gyeonggi-do; (b) obstructed the said factory dormitory by taking advantage of a cresh in which surveillance was neglected while working; and (c) stolen the vehicle by driving a vehicle in M UidiA4 in an amount equivalent to KRW 35 million at the victim’s market price parked in the relevant parking lot.

4. On June 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the intent to steals the vehicle owned by the victim from Qu Building No. 105 and No. 1606, in which the Defendant living together with the Defendant, who was living together with the Defendant, living together with theO, living together with the Defendant, living together with the Defendant, living together with the Defendant, living together with the Defendant, and had the key to the Plaintiff’s RV-crack-cracked car located in the Yellow Sea; and (b) committed a theft by driving the said Qu Building No. 100,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, which was parked in the parking lot after the first 105-dong of the said Qu Building.
5. The Defendant, at around 20:10 on June 10, 2013, sold to the victim S one motor vehicle in front of the Sincheon-si Yacheon-si, which was stolen as above, to the victim S, and was offered as a security, KRW 15,00,000 on the same line.
