A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 5, 2013, around 00:14, the Defendant found the victim E’s PC room located in Ischeon-si C, and used the gap in which the victim concentrated on the game, thereby gathering the above wall wall that contains 60,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and stolen it.

At around 01:15 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered an O-pringr car parked by the victim N and opened a door of the said car without correction; and (b) stolen KRW 2,500 in cash owned by the victim.

B. The defendant 4-A

At the same date, time, place, such as Paragraph 1, QM 5 car parked by the injured P, opened a chief door for the said car without correction, and cut off KRW 10,000 in cash owned by the injured party.

C. At around 04:10 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the TRA car parked by the victim S and opened the TRA chief door, which was parked by the victim S and did not correct, and stolen KRW 10,000 in cash owned by the victim.

The above 4-C

At the same time, at the same place as the paragraph, V K5 cars parked by the victim U are discovered and not corrected, a chief door for the said car shall be opened.
