Punishment of the crime

1. On September 27, 2013, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions, on condition that the Defendant would receive KRW 2,00,000,000 from the Leecheon-ro, Leecheon-ro, Leecheon-ro, Lee In-cheon-ro, Lee In-cheon-ro, the Defendant transferred the passbook under the name of the Defendant, the passbook, and the passbook, with the cash card, password, and the password.

At around 17:00 on September 28, 2013, some of the instant cases: (a) the Defendant reported the advertisement phrase “lease to 100,000 won per account” posted on the website at the E-Macheon Terminal located in Gyeonggi-si, 2013; and (b) contacted the needy; (c) opened a national bank passbook (Account Number C) and No.C. (Account Number D) with the corporate registry of a corporation that is represented by the Defendant, etc., and transferred the passbook and physical card connected to each of the instant Defendant’s account, which is a means of access for electronic financial transactions, to the needy.
