Nevertheless, on September 2012, the Defendant received 10 to 150,000 won per head of the Tong or Tong from a national bank account in the name of AD Co., Ltd. in the name of the representative director, and transferred each passbook and physical card, which are six accounts, such as bank account number AF, bank account number AF, one bank account (Account Number AG), corporate bank account (Account Number AH), bank account (Account Number AH), Korean bank account (Account Number AI), bank account (Account Number AI), bank account (Account Number AJ), and bank account (Account Number AJ).

On October 11, 2012, the Defendant opened a fisheries cooperation AD K account in the name of a corporation AD Co., Ltd., which was registered by the Defendant as an internal director at the fisheries cooperation chain branch located in Busan City, 5, 1505-16, and transferred the “cash card” and the “pass number necessary to use a cash card”, which are the means of access to the said account, to the needy persons.

On June 2012, the Defendant transferred the means of access by receiving 100,000 won cash card from a corporate bank account (AL) under the name of AD Co., Ltd. in which the Defendant was registered as the representative director from the Busan Jin-dong.
