B On April 14, 2009, the Busan District Court sentenced 1 year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence on June 15, 2010.
Defendant
on February 10, 2011, S was sentenced to six months by the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, and the execution of the sentence was terminated by the Changwon Prison on May 16, 201.
1. Defendant B
A. The Defendant, who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., did not handle narcotics, and thus, did not possess, administer, trade, provide, possess, deliver, or receive marijuana, which is a psychotropic drug, (hereinafter “clopon”). Even when anyone is prohibited from smoking marijuana, he/she dealt with phiphonephones and marijuana as follows.
(1) From October 2012 to April 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sold W 10,000 won in cash from W in the Defendant’s car parked on the street in the Kimhae-dong, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si; and (b) sold W 4g of philophone, which is contained in the Defendant’s plastic fluorial paper, to W, and sold approximately 214g of W 10,3570 won in total, as indicated in the attached crime list, from around that time to April 21, 2013.
(B) On April 24, 2013, at around 21:49 and around 21:53 of the same day, the Defendant was transferred KRW 4 million in total to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of S used by the Defendant twice in the name of the Defendant.
At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) laid off W in front of the mutual influorial telephones in the Kimhae-si, 9 million won in the name of the remainder of purchasing Won, and (b) tried to sell W from W in the tin to W in the fluoral phone, but (c) tried to sell W in the fluoral phone to W. However, in front of the above fluoral phone, which is the place of promise, W.
