Punishment of the crime

C. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased a 300,000 squarephone from D’s guest room located in Gui-si E at the night; (b) purchased 0.7g of philopon from D; and (c) purchased 30,000 won from D at the same place.

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately KRW 0.7g of opon from D at the above Felel room at night; and (b) purchased 300,000 copon from D at the same place.

E. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 0.7 ghopon from D at the above FMM room at night; (b) opened lopon at the same place; and (c) purchased 300,000 won hopon from D at the same place.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of philopon at the above Felon guest room by means of injecting the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device at night.

B. At around January 26, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g opon at H coffee toilets located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, around 18:10.

3. At around January 26, 2015, the Defendant holding a philophone, the Defendant, at the H coffee shop around 18:30, 2015, takes a philophone on the part of the two clothes.
