Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on November 21, 2013, and completed the execution of the said punishment on September 23, 2014

B. On June 29, 2015, at around 21:35, the Defendant sold a disposable injection machine with approximately KRW 500,000,000 from H to H, which includes approximately 0.7 gramphones, on the front side of the “GMour” in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.
2. Around July 5, 2015, the Defendant administered a philophone medication by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution them into a single-use injection machine at around 23:00 on July 5, 2015.
3. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant possessed a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.65 gramphones in the Defendant’s top-down 209 Gather in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul on July 6, 2015, and one-time injection device containing approximately 0.83 gramphones on the Defendant’s top-down machine.
4. Around July 6, 2015, the Defendant smoked in a pipe made of Gmoto 209 in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and a pipe made of rotobbbbage, with a 0.5gg of hemp attached thereto, and smoked in such a manner as to inhale the smoke.
