1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,317,024 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 28, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff supplied the cargo pumps, etc. to the Defendant by March 31, 2017, but the Defendant did not pay KRW 46,317,024 out of the price of the goods.

【Written Evidence Evidence Nos. 1 through 4】 If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 46,317,024 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 28, 2017 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the Plaintiff, following the date of delivery of the written application for the instant payment order.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
