1. The defendant shall pay 71,090,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and the entire purport of the evidence Nos. 1 through 7 in the market, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Defendant sold telecommunications equipment, TMX 300 telecommunications equipment, TMX 400 telecommunications equipment, cables, etc. between April 8, 2016 and June 24, 2016, and the remainder of the price of goods remains at KRW 71,090,000, while receiving a partial payment of the price of goods, and the Plaintiff urged the Defendant to pay the remainder of the price of goods on or around September 2016.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 71,090,000 for the goods of communications equipment and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment, as requested by the plaintiff, after the plaintiff demanded the defendant to discharge it to the defendant.

2. The plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is with merit.
