A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall order the defendant to complete a child abuse treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim C (the 4 years of age, June 13, 201).

1. Around October 20, 2012, the Defendant violated the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse) and the Defendant injured the victim on October 20, 2012, in order to capture the victim’s sexual organ (16 months at the time of committing the crime) between E and his wife at the Defendant’s residence in Guro-gu Seoul and the fourth floor, and then capture the victim’s sexual organ between E and his wife, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as a reduction in the amount of money, which requires treatment for about four days.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim, and committed physical abuse that may injure the victim's body or harm the health and development of the body.

2. On March 11, 2016, the Defendant violated the Child Uniforms Act (child abuse) and the Defendant injured the Defendant on March 11, 2016, without any justifiable reason, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeonggi-si F lending 401, Gyeonggi-do, 11 March 201, the Defendant: (a) was inside the victim who was fright with the said E in the room; (b) went off from the room to the ward; and (c) was off from the room; and (d) was on two occasions under the fright of the victim’s fright, etc.; and (b) 2 degrees of body-based images (up to approximately 1 cm in diameter) that require approximately three weeks of medical treatment to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim, and committed physical abuse that may injure the victim's body or harm the health and development of the body.

1. Selection of each sentence of imprisonment;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Sentence 1 and 2 of Article 8 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes to be ordered.
