The Defendants conspired to divide the purchase price by making a false document in the form of selling the goods supplied to the victim company by Defendant A in the form of a document, in which part of the goods supplied to the victim company at H are inferior and in which defective goods are supplied to Defendant B in the name of the court of dispute resolution I, and by raising the unit price again in the court of dispute resolution which may know the fact that they are supplied to the victim company.

Defendant

A, on September 28, 2012, in violation of his/her duties, in violation of the duties, caused the victim company to pay KRW 3,00,00 to the victim company G located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government upon receiving orders from Group affiliate companies to supply the goods. Defendant B supplied 3,00 defective disposal to the J in the name of the LA and again supplied the victims with false specifications and tax invoices to H (596 won) as if the victims were supplied by the J, thereby causing the victim company to obtain the victim company to pay KRW 3,00 in total at KRW 1,839,00 under the pretext of 3,00,00, and thereby causing the victim company to incur damages from the difference in the unit price and at least 3,00,000 won, and at least 20,714,70,717,000,000 won, including 3,000 won, by taking account of the fact that the victims were supplied with the victim company.

Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
