The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 14,632,80 as well as 6% per annum from June 19, 2019 to January 26, 2021 and from the next day.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 1, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the parking lot “B-Public Parking Lot” created by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the company manufacturing products, such as special bricks, blocks, and yellow factoring, to supply and install such special block (hereinafter “this case’s contract”), and the construction cost was set at 424,632,00 won (52,000 won per 1 square meter unit price) and the delivery period was set at May 30, 2018. The delivery period was changed to the fair alteration of the development project on April 16, 2018, and was changed to the development project until August 10, 2018, and the period was changed to the development project on August 10, 2018.

B. After executing construction under the instant contract, the Plaintiff submitted to the Defendant a supply completion system as of September 9, 2018, and the Defendant’s public official in charge affixes the confirmation seal to the above supply system.

On September 19, 2018, the Defendant issued a corrective order to the Plaintiff to submit the result of the corrective measures, such as reconstruction, etc. on October 5, 2018, on the following grounds: (a) as a result of the inspection following the submission of the supply completion system, the Defendant confirmed that: (b) the failure to conduct detailed inspections, such as assembly conditions, etc., was found to be defective; (c) the failure to conduct a corrective measure, such as reconstruction, and (d) the Plaintiff reported the result of the corrective measures to the Defendant on October 5, 2018.

Meanwhile, the Defendant: (a) the final contractual quantity of the instant contract is 7,504 square meters; (b) the final construction price is 390,208,000 square meters; (c) the delivery date is x 7,504 square meters of the aforementioned unit price; and (d) October 5, 2018; and (b) the delivery date is 25 days from the date of delay of delivery (from September 10, 2018 to October 5, 2018, which is the date of the final delivery date under the instant contract to the date of delivery under the instant contract) on September 9, 2018, which is the date of delivery under the instant contract, to the calculation of the delayed period.
