A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2013 to June 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was an employee of the company in the Ansan-si Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. to leave the above factory, and (b) stolen the PSC (Potas Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., which he handled in the factory while leaving the factory, and used it for sale and entertainment expenses.

1. Around June 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) set away from the above factory around 17:00 on June 29, 2013; (b) the victim E, who belongs to the second floor of the above factory, opened a door that was not corrected in the analysis room possessed and managed by the director of the victim E, and intruded into the second floor of the above factory; (c) removed the front part of the blick board inside the factory; and (d) cut off the PSC 2kg (1k and sealed in 1k and sealed) owned by the victim company.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the above room of the victim E's possession, and stolen the above PSC market price of 904,000 won owned by the victim company.

2. Crimes around July 8, 2013, around August 19, 2013, around October 14, 2013, and around October 14, 2013 - Night building intrusion;

A. At around 02:00 on July 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at a height of 2 meters in the factory; (b) opened a 2nd floor analysis room at the entrance of the first floor; and (c) opened a door that was not corrected in the said 2nd floor; (d) removed the front acrylic board of the gros in the inside; and (e) removed the PSC 20km (1km and sealed in one km) from the market price of the victim’s ownership; and (e) removed the 10 g (2 boxes) from the PSC 20km (1km and sealed in one kg). In advance, the Defendant left the fit XG passenger car owned by the Defendant, which was parked next to the above factory.

B. On August 19, 2013, the Defendant came to the above victim company factory at around 02:00, and came to take out the PSC 10 km (10 g in packaged and sealed one box) in the market price equivalent to 4,520,000 won owned by the victim company in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

C. The Defendant is at the factory of the above victim company around October 14, 2013.
