A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor, etc. at the Busan District Court on July 4, 2013, and on February 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of each sentence on March 6, 2015.

1. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in the factory owned by the victim D Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si around 15:00, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded into a factory side of the victim Co., Ltd., which did not correct any cre of surveillance; and (c) cut up in advance the wire, which was prepared so that the market price of the victim’s company installed inside the factory cannot be identified, and (d) three sn beam beam (50cm in length, 30cm in height, 30cm in height) owned by the victim, where the market price of the said cable and factory cannot be known, was cut off.

2. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) was at the factory of the Victim G Co., Ltd. located in Kimhae-si F around 20:0, the Defendant: (b) opened an entrance in which surveillance was not corrected; (c) intruded into the inside of the factory; and (d) cut off the electric wires owned by the Victim Co., Ltd., which were installed inside the factory using a preparatory cutting machine, KRW 1,00,000 at the market price of 28 meters (large 1.30km) from the electric wires owned by the Victim Co., Ltd., Ltd. (large 1.30km).

3. On March 19, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) entered the tent at the entrance of the I construction site located at H at Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si on March 19, 2017; (b) obstructed the Defendant’s attempted attempt on the wind, in which the Defendant does not search for things to be stolen from among those owned by the figures at the construction site, but does not find any things so.

4. From March 2017 to March 19, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driven a erode truck without a driver’s license while committing larceny as described in the above paragraphs (1) through (3) as a daily member from the 1 Dong-gu, Simpo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the Gampo-si, Gan-si, Kim Jong-si, Gan-si.
