Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of 50,000 won, and a fine of 300,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who has obtained permission to possess a gun, etc. from a defendant A shall not lend a gun, etc. to any third person, and shall not use the gun, etc. unless the permitted purpose of use or any justifiable ground exists;

The defendant was permitted to possess a gun for hunting by the head of the Ansan Police Station.

A. At around 10:00 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant lent 1 of the hunting guns (total times: detonta 2, C) owned by B, which were held by B, for the hunting of wild salt in the Yando, such as the king B, the upper part of the upper part of the Northwest-gun, the king, etc., of the Republic of Korea.

2. A person who obtains permission to possess a gun, etc. from a defendant B shall not lend a gun, etc. to another person, nor shall he/she lend it from another person;

The Defendant borrowed a hunting gun from A for the purpose of hunting wild salt farms at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a). The Defendant borrowed a hunting gun from A as described in paragraph 1(a).
