Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Protection and Management of Wild Fauna and Flora shall capture, gather, or kill species prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment among wild animals which do not fall under endangered wild animals, and conduct hunting in or near the market area, the area of authorization, or other places prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment where many people frequent or gather, or in or on the road within 100 meters from the road;
