After that, customers who completed the next game have entered their deposit account numbers and remitted cash equivalent to the remaining game money after deducting the prescribed fees from the head office that operated the above game site, and the defendant acquired a certain portion of the fee as profits.
As a result, the defendant conspired with D and let customers enjoy gambling by providing game products different from the contents of the rating classification to customers, and opened gambling for profit.
