Punishment of the crime

No person shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assaulting and threatening, and the defendant shall not interfere with the operation of a railroad worker on February 12, 2017 by the victim C (26 years) who is the crew member of the C (26 years) who is the crew member of the C (the 26-year-old crew) who smoked from a train toilet located between Daejeon and the Daegu East Station on February 12, 2017, which is operated between Daejeon and the 14th vehicle of the KTX B trains in Busan, Busan and the 15th vehicle.
