1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers due to violence or intimidation.

Nevertheless, at around November 22, 2015, the Defendant demanded the confirmation of boarding passes from the Busan FTX B train in Busan FTX, the crew of the said train (26 years old), on the ground that the Defendant was seated in a seat where no boarding passes have been issued, which caused the Defendant to interfere with the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties by assaulting D by means of taking out two boarding passes and one receipt, which are put in the above C’s seat, and going against the Defendant’s face.
