Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2018, at around 21:35, the Defendant: (a) was boarding the train No. 1610 train No. 1610, 161, and was traveling to that Daegu-Ulsan Station; (b) when the Defendant was demanded to pay boarding passes from the passenger crew D (V, 25 years of age) while taking a bath, and assaulting the Defendant at one time at the right shoulder of the said D.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of railroad workers due to violence.
