1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 70,365,134 for each Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from September 17, 2010 to December 2, 2011; and (b) on December 2, 2011 for each Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant A is a person operating a synthetic rubber product manufacturer with the trade name “C” in the building of a factory No. 7 East Building on the ground (hereinafter “instant factory building”). Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) between Defendant A and the insured as the policyholder and the insured, from December 5, 2009 to December 5, 2010, the insurance coverage amount of KRW 45,000 (150,000,000,000, 300,000,000,000, 50,000,000,000, 50,000, 50,000,000, 50,000, fire, facility fire, installation, fire, fire, and marine insurance (hereinafter “Defendant Co.”).

From June 13, 201 to June 13, 2011, from June 25, 2011, 2010 to June 25, 2011, insurance policy holders and insurance policy holders and insurance policy holders and insurance policy holders and insurance policy holders and insurance policy amounting to KRW 80,00,000 in total of KRW 148,00,000, KRW 13,000,000, 13,000, 72,450,000 buildings (one straw) 13,00,000,000 buildings (one straw) in the location of the subject matter of G insurance, and KRW 13,00,000,000.

B. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded each of the following plant fire insurance contracts with G operating gold processing companies under the trade name of “D” in the building of the 6-dong factory of Daegu-gu B (hereinafter referred to as “D”) with “F” in the name of “D” in the building of the E and the 8-dong factory of the same ground B (hereinafter referred to as “F building”).

On the other hand, D and F buildings and factory buildings of this case do not share a wall or tent, but they are factory buildings adjacent to the same factory complex.

C. A fire in the instant factory building around 00:45 on July 6, 2010 (hereinafter “instant fire”).
