A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 31, 2013, around 03:41, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with the cash amounting to KRW 13,000, which was kept in a credit cooperative located in a carter by inserting hand in the cresh of the corrected gate in the E coffee shop operated by the victim D in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) destroying the correction device by placing power; and (c) destroying the correction device; and (d) breaking it into the carter.
2. On June 1, 2013, the Defendant, at around 09:00 on June 1, 2013, was placed in G cafeteria located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F, and was stolen by having the cash amounting to KRW 20,000, which was kept in the Kacter’s treasury located in the Kacter, through the entrance opened between the victim H, who works in the main room.
3. On June 13, 2013, at around 13:00 on the date, the Defendant came to the second floor of the office of the labor law firm of the first floor of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and went to the office of the second floor of the building I and stolen the victim K through a entrance open between the victim K, which was located on his own, with a 80,000 won in cash within the victim's handbags, and a 50,000 won in market price where the victim's handbags are located on his own.
4.
