A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2017, the Defendant, against the victim D, contacted the victim D, who was engaged in distribution of milk as a four branch, with the victim D who was engaged in distribution of milk as a four branch, and pays for the amount of milk after selling it first.

When money is transferred from a purchaser, part of the money shall be appropriated for living expenses, etc., and only the money shall be purchased and returned.
