Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 6058]
1. Larceny;
A. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate, which was located in the victim E, who was placed on the restaurant of “D” working for the Defendant in the Young-si, Suwon-si; and (b) stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate.
B. On April 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s driver’s license with the victim’s license located in the victim F, who was located in the carnet in the waiting room of the said “D” restaurant staff.
C. On September 13, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate, which is placed in the victim I’s house, at the “H restaurant” warehouse located in Young-gu G in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with the victim’s resident registration certificate, and gold f50,000 won in total, and gold f50,000 won in the market price.
2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. On April 11, 2013, the Defendant signed the document as “E”, “J apartment 1305 in the name column,” and “E” in the applicant column with the sign in the bank transaction form at the source point of the company bank in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant signed the document in the name column, “J”, “J” and “E” in the applicant column at the source of the bank transaction in Suwon-si, the Suwon-si, the Defendant signed the document in the name column, and then sent the document to an unwritten employee who is not aware of the forgery.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the bank transaction statement in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised the said document.
B. On April 11, 2013, the Defendant stated “E”, “J”, “K Apartment 1305 in the name column,” “N” in the contact column, “2013, 4, and 111” in the applicant column and signed the document in the name column of E by using the visible pen in the application form for membership at Suwon-si L, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the Defendant stated “E”, “N” in the contact column, “2013, 4, and 11”, and “E” in the applicant column, and signed the document in a real manner.
