Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 27, 2017, around 10:57, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the house of the victim D, a neighboring resident, who is a neighboring resident of the 102-dong 102-dong, Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul; (b) the Defendant opened a string door and entered the house and intruded on the victim’s residence on the ground that the victim was not able to contact the Defendant.

2. The Defendant entered around 14:52, around 14:52, as of the date indicated in paragraph 1, into the victim D’s house in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, and intruded into the victim’s residence.
