The defendant is a friendly parent of the victim B (66 years of age, female).

On December 15, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:04, sent the repair hole to the residence of the victim of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (a) sent the repair hole to the residence of the victim; and (b) opened the entrance door and intruded the residence of the victim.
