A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months in Seoul Southern District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Southern District Court on August 27, 2013.
In addition, on December 8, 2010, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 300,000 as a fine for larceny; on March 9, 201, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for larceny; on November 9, 201, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for larceny; on December 5, 201, the Seoul Western District Court issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for larceny; on March 6, 2012, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for larceny; and on September 14, 2012, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for six months as a punishment for larceny.
2. Criminal facts: the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a mental fission;
