A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2003, the Defendant received a summary order of one million won as a fine for larceny from the Daegu District Court on July 22, 201, a summary order of one million won as a fine for larceny from the Seoul Central District Court on July 22, 201, and a summary order of one million won as a fine for larceny on November 23, 201, respectively.

1. On February 11, 2013, at around 11:00, the Defendant entered the escape room of female employees of D 2 stories located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and cut off with cash worth of KRW 184,00 in total, including KRW 90,000, market price of KRW 10,000, and KRW 84,000,000 in cash owned by the victim E, respectively, by arbitrarily combining the passwords of each of the two floors D, each by which each is divided.

2. On May 18, 2013, at around 11:00, the Defendant entered the room of female employees on the first floor of H underground located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and stolen the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 1,388,00,00 in cash equivalent to KRW 16,00,00 in total, market value of KRW 2,30,000 in cash owned by the victim J, KRW 2,30,000 in gift certificates owned by the victim K, KRW 73,00 in cash owned by the victim L, KRW 30,00 in cash owned by the victim, KRW 30,00 in total, and KRW 64,00 in gift certificates owned by the victim, KRW 1,38,00 in film table, etc., and KRW 1,38,00 in cash equivalent to the market value, respectively, in accordance with paragraph (1).

3. On June 15, 2013, the Defendant entered the room of female employees on the O3rd floor in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, and stolen the Defendant with 700,000 United Nations note 7,00,000, total market value of the victim P, in the same manner as that of paragraph (1).

4. On July 19, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant entered the 8rd female room in Q Q of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and stolen KRW 160,000 in cash and cash, respectively, by holding KRW 80,000 in cash owned by the victim S and KRW 80,000 in cash owned by the victim, respectively, in accordance with paragraph (1).

5. The Defendant is the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, around 19:00 on September 2013.
