Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared and printed a letter of delegation with the intent to verify the existence of deposit at the office of the Seobu Management Center, the Korea Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Youngdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and submitted it to the Incheon District Court located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is located in the Nam-gu, Incheon District Court.

As a result, the Defendant forged a power of attorney in the name of the head of the above book management center, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.

B. Around December 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared and printed a letter of delegation 4 to the effect that “a person shall delegate all acts of withdrawing, claiming collection, and receiving deposit money” using a computer located therein for the purpose of withdrawing deposit money; and (b) signed and sealed a letter of confirmation 2; and (c) submitted to the Incheon District Court located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Education-based District Court.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is a private document on rights and obligations, has forged a letter of delegation and a written confirmation in the name of the head of the above book management center.

2. Occupational embezzlement;

A. The Housing Business Mutual Aid Association (as a whole succeeded from the Housing Business Mutual Aid Association under the Housing Construction Promotion Act of February 8, 1999) has provisionally seized real estate in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon in order to secure the claims against Korea Creative Co., Ltd., and thereafter, on November 24, 1998, 15,787,460 won was distributed to the Housing Business Mutual Aid Association, but around that time, at the Incheon District Court.
