A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 25, 2012, around 01:59 on September 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) released 100,000 won in cash using the said cash card and the password (GG) which was initially proposed before the Defendant’s death in the Busan Shipping Daegu C; (b) had one copy of the said cash card, which was owned by D, at the wall where D was located in the room by using the gaps that became known and known to D in society; and (c) had one cash card, which was located in the F convenience store managed by the victim who could not know his/her name in Busan Shipping Daegu E; and (d) withdrawn 10,000 won in cash using the said cash card and the password (G) which was initially proposed.

2. Crimes committed from around December 3, 2012 to December 7 of the same year;

A. On December 3, 2012, the Defendant stolen one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative Cash Card, which was owned by the victim, from the victim D’s residence in Busan Shipping Daegu C, in the same manner as Paragraph 1, at the time when it is unknown on or around December 3, 2012.

B. The Defendant, at around 06:00 on December 3, 2012, at the cash payment season, at the convenience point of “F” as stated in paragraph (1).

As in the same paragraph, 40,00 won in cash was withdrawn and stolen using a stolen cash card in the same manner as in paragraph (1).

C. On December 5, 2012, 18:50 on December 5, 2012, the Defendant, at the cash payment machine managed by the victim, who was unable to know the name of 1:33 agricultural cooperatives in Busan, Daegu, Daegu, 1:50.

Using the stolen cash card, 50,000 won was withdrawn and stolen twice in the same way. D.

On December 7, 2012, the Defendant’s name at the Busan Shipping Daegu H convenience store around 17:30 on December 7, 2012, at the cash payment season managed by the victim, who is unable to know the name of the Defendant.

As stated in paragraph (1), 50,000 won in cash was withdrawn and stolen in the same way using a stolen cash card.

3. On December 23, 2012, the Defendant, at around 15:30 on December 23, 2012, 2012, accessed the gap in which the victim J off from the PC room in Busan Dongdong-gu, and knife the victim’s knife and knife, and knife into both Australias.
