Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 357] The defendant is a person who can have the same kind of drinking and non-licensed driving skills by receiving a fine of KRW 2.5 million from the Jung-gu District Court on June 24, 2010 due to a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on November 4, 201, a fine of KRW 2 million due to a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on September 14, 2012, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million due to a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-Exclusive Driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on September 14, 2012.
On February 26, 2013, around 23:24, the Defendant driven C Lastto car under the influence of alcohol by 0.106% with a blood alcohol concentration of about 50 meters from the front road of the Rayadong-gu, Goyang-si to the front road of the same Goyang Tax Island located in the same Dong and Dong.

1. At around 01:30 on April 19, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property in the same way six times in total, as indicated in the attached Table 1, by using any cres in the “E Corporation” site located in D, where the victim F, who is the victim F, is located there, in the same place, by taking advantage of the cres and the market price of the victim F, the sum of 60,000 won.
