A is a corporation established on July 9, 2008 for the purpose of 20 business, such as reinforced concrete construction business, with its head office located in the F in the following Busan Metropolitan City, and is a corporation owner who performs construction works of the E apartment in the amount of KRW 2,100,000,000 in the construction cost.

B is a person who acts for Defendant A and Defendant C, a business owner, in overall control and management of the safety and health management of workers employed by his employees and contractors at the site of the old-si E Apartment Construction Project, which is executed by Defendant C with the site manager of Defendant C.

C A corporation is a corporation established on March 6, 1998 for the purpose of 24 businesses, such as soil construction business, by having its head office in the Jeonnam Y G, and is a corporation owner who is awarded a contract for the 45,000,000,000 won of the construction cost of the e apartment-built construction, which is part of the said construction work, by entering into a subcontract to Defendant A for the said construction.

1. Although a business owner has to take protective measures, such as safety railings, fences, vertical fall-offs, or covers, at a place where workers might fall down, as the end or opening part of the work launch board and passage, the business owner, however, failed to install safety rails in the part of the 2nd underground floor slves and Libs, among the construction site of the said E apartment construction site around July 2012 and around August, 2012.

2. The business owner shall work at a place where any worker employed by the contractor is in danger of industrial accidents as determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Labor;
