1. D A corporation is a corporation established on August 6, 2002 for 30 business purposes, including general construction business and civil engineering business, with its head office located in Daegu Suwon-gu H, and is a corporation which is a business owner who subcontracts all of the construction works of reinforced concrete to the said corporation to the said corporation and employs workers engaged in non-office work.

2. On July 4, 2018, Defendants A and B violated the Occupational Safety and Health Act: (a) around 07:30, Defendant A and B directed the victim I, a worker of C, to establish an external vision 4-5 short-term work site and a safe task force unit at the scene of “the construction of the main Neighborhood Facilities” in the Daegu Suwon-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E (U.S.).
