Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Busan District Court on February 20, 2013, and on December 3, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Correctional Institution.

The defendant leased 702, 1315, and 1503 of Busan Jin-gu Ctel in order to use it as a place and office for commercial sex acts, and employed D as a female of commercial sex acts.

On January 23, 2014, the Defendant received 120,000 won from E who reported the Internet advertisement and arranged commercial sex acts by providing information to him/her as 1503 and allowing him/her to engage in commercial sex acts with the above D. From January 9, 2014 to the above temporary date, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts in the same way through several times, and received 11:120,000 won each from 11 to 120,000 won for commercial sex acts.
