Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) of Defendant A: (a) around March 2013, the Defendant leased Nos. 604, 610, and 1016 of the F building of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si; (b) G leased No. 613 of the same officetel 613 to operate commercial sex acts in the officetels; (c) as a person who operated commercial sex acts in the same building, and (d) came to know of the operation of commercial sex acts in the same manner, he/she conspired to mutually assist the male grandchildren and female employees by sending them to the other party and receiving 1 to 20 thousand
In order to do this, the defendant and G, along with the day unfortunates of April 2013, placed a job offer advertisement on the Internet site by employing female workers, and through H, "H, etc., let male customers contacted with an officetel with female workers, and let them conduct sexual traffic, 90,000 won out of 140,000 won received from male grandchildren, and 50,000 won out of 140,000 won were divided into female workers, and the defendant and G, who are the business owners, respectively.
On May 23, 2013, the defendant and G continued to operate sexual traffic business without suspending the business even though the business of the defendant was controlled by the police on May 23, 2013.
At around 19:30 on July 29, 2013, the Defendant and G had I, a female employee, engage in sexual traffic, receive 140,000 won from J, and arrange for sexual traffic.
In addition, from July 4, 2013 to the 29th day of the same month, the Defendant and G conspired with each other to have 2-3 female employees, including I, receive 140,000 won from the male who made the call and have them receive 140,000 won of sex and arrange sexual traffic over several occasions in such a way that they receive 50,000 won of intermediary fees.
