Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the auditor of "E", a group of women's apartment management directors in Busan Association area, and the victim F (V, 50 years old) is the chairperson of the above E.
1. The Defendant committed a crime in November 2014, by phoneing the said E-ray G in the vicinity of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and doing the same act as the F’s privacy is complicated and gling, among those on November 2014.
The purport was that the South-North H and Ha, Samsung president, and Samsung were received KRW 500,000,000.
However, the victim F does not have rights and rights, and there is no 50,000 won after the Samsung president and the Samsung president.
Defendant damaged the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts as above.
2.
