A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 5, 2013, at least 01:00, purchasing 200,000 won and acquiring stolen goods with the knowledge that the victim B (33 years old and South) was a stolen owner with the knowledge that he/she was a 650,000 won-on 5 mobile phone at the market price where the victim B (3 years old and South) was lost, when the road front the port bus terminal located in the south-gu Port Port of the Republic of Korea sent the signal from his/her cell phone to his/her hand by clarifying the fire as his/her cell phone, and sending the signal to purchase the cell phone.

2. From around 01:30 on September 5, 2013, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the victim C (the victim 19 years of age and remaining) purchased 50,000 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the victim C (the victim 19 years of age and remaining) was a stolen of 200,000 won at the market price of 20,000 won.

3. From around 01:00 on September 12, 2013, at the same place as in paragraph (1) of the same Article, the victim’s D (30 years of age and remaining) purchased 50,000 won or more with knowledge of the fact that the victim’s D (30 years of age and remaining 500,000 won of the market price was lost, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing 50,000 won or more

4. On September 18, 2013, in the same manner as paragraph (1) prior to the subway station in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, purchasing at least 200,00 won and acquiring stolen goods after being aware of the fact that the victim E (the victim 31 years of age and South) lost one cell phone in the market price of 110,000,000 won, from the irregular taxi driver in the same way as that of the subway station in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu;

5. From around 01:10 on September 18, 2013, at the same place as in paragraph 4, at the same time as in the foregoing manner as in the foregoing manner, the victim F (52 years of age and remaining) purchased 10,000 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the victim F (52 years of age and remaining) loses one cell phone of 850,000 won at the market price, and

At around 01:50 on September 26, 2013, at the same place as in paragraph (1) and at the same time, the victim G (23 years of age and inn) purchased 200,000 won and acquired 20,000 won after being aware that the victim G (23 years of age and inn) was a stolen of 5 mobilephones with the market price of 80,000 won, and acquired 7.
