A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

18,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats, or carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of doing such an act.

1. On November 1, 2017, the Defendant possessed marijuana: (a) discovered the wild imprisonage (at least 44 g) in the following Switzerland C, Switzerland, and collected it for the purpose of smoking at least 44 g, and thereafter, (b) kept it in custody at the smallest head of Switzerland D and 104 Dong 107, a residence, from April 9, 2018 to October 45, 2018.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. A. On December 20, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on or around December 20, 2017: (a) smoked tobacco content at the inside of the residence around December 17:00; (b) in which the content of tobacco was fluent; and (c) in which the fluence of the hemp plant under the foregoing 1. B. On February 25, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime around February 25, 2018: (a) smoked with tobacco content in the boundary of the residence around February 22, 2018; and (b) smoked with the following fire, which included the fluence of the hemp plants under the foregoing 1.

On March 2018, the Defendant committed a crime of early 22:00 on March 3, 2018, 2018: (a) the content of tobacco in the inner line of the residence was fluored, and (b) the substance of the hemp was fluored by inserting the fluor’s fluor’s flu

(d)

On March 2018, the Defendant committed a crime in the middle of March 2018, 2018, committed a smoking with tobacco content in the middle of 22:00 dwelling space, containing the fluencies of the hemp as stated in the above 1. A smoking with a fire attached thereto.

E. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime of Habman: (a) 22:00 around the lower order of March 2018, 201, carried tobacco content in the inner room of the residence, and smoked with the following fire attached thereto.

F. On April 6, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime around April 6, 2018: (a) smoked with tobacco content in a tobacco room located at the residence of around 22:00; and (b) smoked with the following fire, which included the fluence of the hemp referred to in the foregoing 1.
