Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On December 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on September 2, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. A. On October 27, 2017, at around 22:07, the Defendant was in front of the window located behind the H office managed by the victim G in the Hasan City F, which was in front of the H office, in which the Defendant: (a) stolen money and valuables; (b) collected and opened a window by cutting down it in the window; and (c) infringed on the window; and (d) did so on the wind that did not find stolen money and valuables at that place, but did not receive any money and valuables.
B. On November 7, 2017, at around 06:05, the Defendant: (a) went ahead of the unmanned accelerator photographer of K, which is administered by the injured party J, the victim J in Ha in Yasan-si; (b) intruded the money through the entrance that was not locked by his think of theft; and (c) attempted to steal the locks of the unmanned photographic machine safe installed at that place with a date guard, and stolen money and valuables, but was attempted to do so on the wind that is not accompanied by locks.
3. Special larceny.
