Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek Housing Site, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 3, 2018 in the Suwon Housing Site.

1. On March 8, 2019, around 18:30 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) removed the locks of the unmanned photographer using the dracker in advance, and then stolen KRW 150,000 in cash, which is owned by the victim, from the cash box located within the scope of the dracker, around March 8, 2019.
2. Crimes committed on March 13, 2019;
A. On March 13, 2019, around 19:33, the Defendant stolen KRW 100,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession, from the cash transfer in the manner described in paragraph (1), within the shot board, managed by the victim as indicated in paragraph (1), prior to the convenience store in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
B. At around 20:10 on March 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut off the cash amounting to KRW 150,00,00, which is the victim’s possession, from the cash circulation in the manner described in paragraph (1), within the unmanned photo board that is managed by the victim described in paragraph (1) by “G” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
3. On March 24, 2019, around 10:43, the Defendant, on March 24, 2019, stolen KRW 25,000 in cash, which is owned by the victim, from a unmanned photo board that is managed by the victim as stated in paragraph (1) in front of the “I” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).

4. Around June 26, 2019, the Defendant, at around 03:20 on June 26, 2019, stolen the amount of approximately KRW 60,000 per annum of the KRW 60,000 per annum, which is the victim’s ownership, by taking the door into hand, to the fact that the air exhausters installed at the gas station operated by the victims K located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, as his hand, were cut off.
5. A defendant who committed a crime around July 1, 2019, in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph at the same place as that of the preceding paragraph, around July 1, 2019.
