1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 28, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into the instant sales contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The main contents of the instant sales contract are as follows.
Article 1. Purpose “B” shall sell the following objects to “A”, and “A” shall provide for matters necessary for the purchase and use of the objects:
