A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On May 2013, the Defendant conspiredd with B to siren a vehicle using C’s driver’s license acquired by B, and forged C’s vehicle rental contract under the name of C, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the driver, for the purpose of exercising his/her signature on the car rental contract’s name column and the driver’s name under the first bottom of the document document, while towing D small and medium-sized vehicles at the c apartment parking lot located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government opening Dong-dong on May 2013.

B. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant, along with B, forged a car rental contract in the name of C, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the driver’s name, for the purpose of exercising the signature of the same person on the following, in collusion with B, to lease a siren as in the preceding paragraph, to use it by leasing a siren as in the apartment parking lot of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the name column of the lessee and the driver’s name under the first bottom of the document under the vehicle rental contract, and forged one copy of the car rental contract in the name of C, a private document on the rights and obligations of the driver.

2. In collusion with B, the Defendant submitted two forged vehicle rental contracts to F as if they were duly formed, as described in paragraph (1), and held each of them.

3. The Defendant committed unlawful uttering of official document in collusion with B, as described in paragraph 1, and presented C’s driver’s license that was obtained and possessed by B for the purpose of identifying his identity.

4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. A. Around May 6, 2013, the Defendant driven a D small-scale car without a driver’s license on a road near the light name 6-dong and the iron mountain street at the time of light lighting.

B. On May 7, 2013, the Defendant opened the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government road near Samho apartment.
